None of this is generic marketing language. Each point below reflects how Roof Replacement jobs actually get handled here in Dexter, OR.
We remove every existing layer down to bare decking rather than laying new shingles over old ones, since overlays trap heat and hide rot.
We don't shingle over questionable decking. Any soft or rotted plywood gets swapped before the new roof system goes on.
Installers carry current certification for the specific shingle lines we install, which keeps the manufacturer's material warranty valid.
You get a start date, an estimated completion date, and a plan for weather delays before the first shingle comes off.
If your Roof Replacement situation doesn't fit neatly into one of these categories, call anyway, chances are we've handled something close to it before in Dexter.
Every layer comes off down to the deck, with any rotted or delaminated sheathing replaced before synthetic underlayment goes down.
We install underlayment rated for the specific climate exposure in Dexter, OR, not a generic felt paper base layer.
Correct nailing pattern and exposure are what actually determine wind rating, not just the shingle brand printed on the wrapper.
A new roof with old, unbalanced ventilation will underperform its warranty. We correct intake and exhaust ratios as part of every replacement.
Reusing old flashing on a new roof is a common shortcut that leads to early leaks. We replace it as standard practice.
Warranty paperwork gets filed on your behalf at project close, and we review the completed work together before the job is considered done.
You reach a live dispatcher who takes down details about the Roof Replacement issue in Dexter and books the fastest available slot. There's no automated phone tree to work through first.
Our mobile units carry diagnostic and repair equipment specific to Roof Replacement work, not a generalist toolkit. Arrival windows stay tight because dispatch is staged locally in Dexter, OR.
You get a clear, written price based on what's actually found, not a phone estimate that changes once someone shows up. Nothing gets touched until you approve the number.
The job isn't done until it's done right, and it's backed by a written guarantee on our workmanship. A final walkthrough confirms everything before we consider the visit complete.
